Tulare County Parks–Disc Golf

Tulare County Parks & Recreation maintains six disc golf courses at these parks:  Mooney Grove (Visalia – 18 holes), Bartlett (Porterville – 18 holes), Cutler (Northeast Visalia-Ivanhoe – 18 holes), Pixley (Pixley – 9 holes), and Kings River (Delft Colony-Traver – 18 holes).

Mooney Grove has been the host site of the California Junior Disc Golf Championships since 2016.  In 2005, the Perry Championship Disc Golf Course was established and a year later the Perry Outback Disc Golf was opened in Mooney Grove Park.

If you haven't been to an event, don't miss out on watching disc golf during Labor Day weekend in Visalia with the End of the Trail Classic. This PRO/AM A-TIER draws a large number of professional players that compete on the 18-hole course that sprawls throughout Mooney Grove.

Facilities for disc golf in the county are a source of fun and excitement, as well as good exercise!  Donations to the program are needed on many levels, from park upkeep to the iron baskets.
