Animal Services - Adoption

Your donation to the Animal Adoption Fund helps offset the costs of adoption, including spay/neuter expenses, vaccinations, microchips, and dog licensing, by sponsoring either the full or partial adoption costs. This is especially helpful with the hard-to-place animals, older animals, those needing special medical treatment, and those needing extra help finding a permanent home.

Child Welfare Services (CWS) - General

The Tulare County CWS programs serve vulnerable families and children. Your donations to the CWS General Fund will help to maintain and stabilize the placement of children with their fostering families by helping to purchase much-needed items, such as clothing, personal hygiene items, duffle bags, back-to-school supplies, home safety items, therapy kits, birthday gifts, unforeseen needs, and emergency assistance as needed.

Homeless Fund

Donations to the Homeless Fund will help supply toiletries, clothing, identification card/application fees, furnishings, or cooking utensils/appliances, or may fund expenses like a utility bill or car repair for those experiencing, at risk for, or exiting homelessness.

Mental Health

Your donations of clothing or cash will help the Mental Health Branch increase community outreach programs as well as enable the purchase of items of basic need that will help our clients out as they navigate the path toward wellness and recovery.

Tulare County Fish and Wildlife Commission

Fish & Game takes part in treating and caring for orphaned wildlife, improving their habitats, providing predator control, and breeding, raising, and purchasing fish and wildlife to be released.
