The Kings/Tulare Area Agency on Aging (K/T AAA) was created in 1965 to be the leading local authority and advocate for issues and concerns facing adults as they age.
Homelessness. That word carries a lot of weight, a lot of value judgments, concerns, fears, and worry. It also can convey hope, determination, and empathy. There are members of our community who are sleeping in ditches.
Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is designed to help pregnant women, new mothers, and young children eat well and stay healthy. WIC provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and referrals to health care and social services.

The annual Stockings for Seniors drive provides holiday stockings to isolated and home-bound seniors in Tulare County, many of whom often have no family nearby to visit them during the holiday.
