May marks Mental Health Matters Month, a time to raise awareness, foster understanding, and break the stigma surrounding mental health.

Mental health challenges can affect anyone, regardless of age, background, or circumstance. By talking openly about these issues, we can help normalize the conversation and remind those struggling that they are not alone.

Friends of Tulare County, offers two dedicated funds focused on mental health assistance and recovery. Contributions to these funds go directly toward helping local residents access the support, resources, and services they need on their journey to wellness.

Your support can make a meaningful impact. Your donations will help us increase our community outreach programs and purchase items of basic need that will help our clients as they navigate the path toward wellness and recovery. Every donation helps foster a stronger, healthier community.

This May, let’s come together to say: Mental health matters—today and every day.
