Welcome to Friends of Tulare County!

Friends of Tulare County (FTC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the safety, health and well-being of all residents of Tulare County.

Friends of Tulare County strives to assist underrepresented and disadvantaged populations of all ethnicities and cultures through donations, charitable giving and grant funding.

Friends of Tulare County accepts donations on behalf of the County of Tulare to include the Tulare County Health and Human Services Agency, the Tulare County Animal Shelter, and the Tulare County Sheriff's Department.
