CWS - Independent Living Program (ILP)

Your donations to the Independent Living Program (ILP) will help participants, as the name implies, prepare for independent living. Such supports might include driver's education, bus passes, and other work-related expenses, as well as clothing, personal hygiene items, and emergency assistance as needed.

Serving current and former probation and foster youth ages 16 to 21, the ILP helps youth achieve independent living skills, thus affording a smoother transition into adulthood. Services include educational modules, workshops, mentorship, employment counseling, educational assistance, and transition planning.
