Homeless Fund

Donations to the Homeless Fund will help supply toiletries, clothing, identification card/application fees, furnishings, or cooking utensils/appliances, or may fund expenses like a utility bill or car repair for those experiencing, at risk for, or exiting homelessness.

Animal Services - General

The Animal Services General fund is used for purchasing educational materials; covering expenses associated with providing low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to the county’s rural communities; purchasing general supplies to improve the animals’ health; transporting animals to rescue organizations; and enhancing outreach efforts.

Tulare County Parks–General

Each year, the parks in Tulare County are visited by more than 150,000 people, and County budgets are not large enough to resolve the growing needs of the parks. Your donations to the Parks & Recreation program go directly to the park in your community.

Nutrition Education & Obesity Prevention (NEOP)

Donations to the Nutrition Education & Obesity Prevention (NEOP) program will be used to reinforce and support healthy cooking activities and to distribute nutrition information to participants during events such as the Fruit & Veggie Fest, while helping to empower low-income residents to increase fruit and vegetable consumption, physical activity, and food security.
